본 연구는 자기-상대방 상호의존모델(APIM)을 적용하여 대학생 커플관계에서 자기분화가 커플관계 탄력성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 K 대학, 충북 소재 H 대학, 경북 소재 Y, D 및 G 대학의 자유게시판을 통해 모집된 438명(219쌍)을 대상으로 한국형 자기분화 척도, 미혼 커플관계 탄력성 척도로 구성된 설문조사를 실시하였으며 수집된 연구 자료를 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 대응표본 t검증, 구조방정식 모형 분석 등으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 대학생 커플관계에서 자기분화는 남녀 간에 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 대학생 커플관계에서 자신의 자기분화는 자신의 커플관계 탄력성에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 대학생 커플관계에서 여성의 자기분화는 상대방 남성의 커플관계 탄력성에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 대학생 커플관계에서 남성의 자기분화는 상대방 여성의 커플관계 탄력성에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 통해 커플관계에서 일어날 수 있는 갈등의 극복과 관계의 성장을 의미하는 커플관계 탄력성에 자기분화가 유의미한 영향을 주고 있으며, 특히 여성의 자기분화가 상대방 남성의 커플관계 탄력성에 유의한 영향을 주고 있음을 논의하였다.

This research has purpose to investigate the effects of self-differentiation on the Pre-marital Couple Relationship Resilience by Actor-Partner Interdependence Model(APIM). The participants were 438(219 couples) college students who recruited through online board in K college in the Seoul, H college in the Chung- Buk, and Y,D college in the Gyeong-Buk, and surveyed by KSDI and Pre-Marital Resilience Scale. The materials were analyzed through paired t-test, structural equation model verification by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The summary of the results are follows. First, Self-differentiation is a significant difference between males and females. Second, Self-differentiation showed significant positive effects on the Pre-Marital Resilience. Third, Female Self-differentiation showed significant positive effects on male Pre-Marital Resilience. Fourth, Male Self-differentiation did not show significant effects on female Pre-Marital Resilience. Based on the results above, Self-differentiation has a significant effect on the Pre-Marital Resilience, growth of relationship and the overcoming of conflicts can occur in couple ’s relationships, especially female self-differentiation has a significant effect on male Pre-Marital Resilience.
