이 글에서는 제4차 산업 혁명 시대를 인공 지능으로 대표되는 ‘지능 정보화시대’로 규정하고, 지능 정보화 시대의 국어 능력 환경의 질적 변화를 진단한 후, 이를 바탕으로 시대가 요구하는 국어과 교육의 과제를 논의했다. 먼저 2장에서는 지능 정보화 시대의 개념을 정의했다. 지능 정보화 시대를 지식 정보화 시대와 구분하고 그 특성을 논의했다. 3장에서는 지능 정보화 시대의 국어능력 환경의 질적 변화를, 의사소통 국면의 변화 양상, 지능의 기반이 되는 빅 데이터의 개념과 중요성, 사고력과 창의력의 질적 변화, 지식의 독점화 등으로 나누어 논의했다. 이를 바탕으로 4장에서는 지능 정보화 시대의 국어과 교육의 과제를 탐색해 보았다. 첫째 의사소통 교육 내용의 체계화, 정교화, 위계화가 이루어져야 하고, 둘째, 국어과의 사고력 교육의 내실화 및 정교화가 필요하며, 셋째, 인공 지능 문식성 교육의 내용 탐구와 국어과 교육적 수용 방안의 모색에 대해 살펴보았다. 끝으로, 한국적 사고 형성과 문화의 생산 수단으로서의 국어과 교육의 고유성을 확보하는 것이 지능 정보화 시대에 한국인과 인류의 공영의 길이 될 수 있다는 것에 대해서 논의하였다.

In this article, we defined the era of the fourth industrial revolution as the ‘Intelligence Information Age’ represented by artificial intelligence, and discussed the tasks of Korean language education required by the times. In Chapter 2, we first defined the concept of intelligence information age. In Chapter 3, we discussed the qualitative change of Korean language ability in of Intelligence Information Age; the changing aspects of communication phase, the concept and importance of big data which is the basis of AI, the qualitative change of thinking power and creativity, and the monopolization of knowledge. Based on this, Chapter 4 explored the tasks of Korean language education in of Intelligent Information Age. First, it is necessary to carry out the systematization, refinement, and hierarchization of education contents of communication. Secondly, it is necessary to improve and elaborate the thinking ability education of Korean language department. Third, it is necessary to explore the contents of artificial intelligence literacy education. Finally, it is discussed that securing the uniqueness of Korean language education as a means of Korean thinking and culture can lead to the co-prosperity of Koreans and humans in Intelligence Information Age.
