본 논문은 제품에 반영된 스토리를 통해 사용자 경험을 디자인 콘셉트에서부터 살펴보는 것으로, 제품을 사용하게 되면서 사용자에게 긍정적인 요소를 이끌어 낼 수 있을지에 대해 연구 하였다. 제품 광고 스토리를 디자인 과정인 콘셉트에서부터 고려된 측면으로 바라보아. 제품에 담긴 스토리에서 행동, 감성적 의미를 알아본다. 먼저, 존 듀이와 심리학자에서 추출한 긍정적 경험 감성 요소로, 산업디자인 분야에 해당하는 이미지들을 피험자들에게 각 긍정적 감성 요소에 대해 느끼는 제품 이미지를 고르게 했다. 그리고 애플의 제품 광고 스토리를 피험자에게 보여준 후, 감성적으로 느끼는 긍정적인 경험 요소 중 하나를 선택하게 하였고, 각 긍정적인 경험을 느끼는 정도를 알아보았다. 그 결과, 사용자가 긍정적 감성에 대해 생각하는 제품을 알아 볼 수 있었고, 애플의 제품에서 사용자의 감성이 상상ㆍ궁금함과 공감이 공통적으로 나타나는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 이와 같이, 산업디자인 과정의 콘셉트에서 고려하여야 하는 제품에 대한 스토리로 제품과 사용자가 상호작용하는데 도움이 될 수 있는 긍정적 감성 사례의 결과를 마련하였다.

This paper explores the user experience from the design concept through the stories reflected in the product and studies whether it can bring positive factors to the user by using the product. Look at the product ad story from the design process concept to the considered aspect. Find out the behavior and emotional meaning of the story in the product. First, the positive emotional factor extracted from John Dewey and the psychologist, the images of the industrial design field were given to the subjects to select the product image that they feel about each positive emotional factor. After showing Apple's product ad story to the subjects, we selected one of the emotional positive emotional factors and examined the degree of each positive experience. As a result, we were able to identify products that users think about positive emotions, imagine the emotions of users in Apple's products, and identify common anxiety and empathy. In this way, the result of the positive emotional case that can help the product and the user to interact with the story about the product to be considered in the concept of the industrial design process.
