1990년대 후반부터 과학기술과 혁신활동을 통해 지역경제성장을 도모하는 지역혁신체제가 지속적으로 추진되어 왔다. 이에 따라 클러스터, 테크노파크, 리서치파크 등 다양한 유형과 모델이 도입·실행되면서 관련 학문적 관심과 성과들 역시 꾸준히 축적되어 왔다. 본 연구는 지역혁신체제와 관련한 국내 논문에서 나타난 키워드를 분석함으로써, 지역혁신체제의 다양한 개념들 간의 관계와 구조를 분석하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 지역혁신체제의 주요 개념들의 의미와 정의를 분석한다기보다는, 지역혁신체제의 핵심 개념과 구성요소들 간의 관계를 재정립하는 한편, 2000년대 초반 이후 국내 혁신체제의 추진 방법과 관점들이 각 정부별로 어떻게 변화했는지를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2003년부터 2016년까지 국내 등재지에 발표된 697개의 논문의 키워드들을 NetMiner 4.0을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 정권별로 핵심키워드와 키워드들 간의 연결성과 응집구조에 있어서 차이는 존재하지만, 국내의 지역혁신체제와 관련된 논문은 클러스터와 네트워크, 혁신활동에 관련된 개념에 많은 초점을 두어온 것으로 나타났다.

Regional innovation system promoting regional economic growth through S&T and innovative activities has been implemented since the late 1990s. A number of models including cluster, technology park, research park have been paid much attention from researchers, and lead to the accumulation of academic articles. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationships and structures among the keywords of academic papers on regional innovation system. Hence, we attempt to figure out how the keywords are correlated to each other, instead of defining the concepts and keywords. In addition, we also shed light on the changes in key concepts according to the alternations of governments from the early 2000s. For the purposes of study, we employ 697 articles related to regional innovation system in Korea, and utilize NetMiner 4.0 to analyze the relationship among keywords. The result indicates that the articles have largely focused on cluster, network, and innovation despite the differences in centrality and sub-network.
