본 연구의 목적은 국내 아동의 정서표현양가성을 측정하기 위한 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 정서표현양가성에 관한 문헌 고찰 및 아동 대상 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하여 기초문항을 작성하였으며, 전문가에게 내용타당도를 확인받은 후 초등학교 4～6학년 355명에게 예비조사 설문을 실시, 탐색적 요인분석으로 본조사 문항을 확정하였다. 그 후 838명을 대상으로 본조사를 실시한 후 확인적 요인분석을 통해 검사가 안정적으로 개념을 측정하고 있는지 확인하였고, 표현왜곡, 표현어려움, 표현고민의 3가지 하위요인, 15문항으로 구성된 아동용 정서표현양가성 척도를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 척도의 Cronbach’s α는 전체 .89로 나타났고, 하위요인별로는 표현왜곡 .73, 표현어려움 .81, 표현고민 .83으로 나타나 본 연구에서 개발된 척도가 심리적 구인을 안정적으로 측정한다고 볼 수 있다. 구인타당도 검증을 위해 실시한 확인적 요인분석에서 NFI .92, CFI .94, TLI .92, GFI .94, RMSEA .064로 나타났고, 공인타당도를 검증하기 위한 아동의 정서인식 및 표현의 어려움을 측정하는 EESC와의 상관에서 .73으로 높은 상관관계가 확인되었으며, YSR 내재화문제 척도와 공격행동척도의 상관을 확인한 결과 각각 .54, .24의 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논하였다.

This study aims to develop and validate the Ambivalence over Emotional Expression Questionnaire for Children(AEQC). At first, preliminary items were developed based on the review of related literature, and the results of FGI(Focus Group Interview) with children. The preliminary survey was performed on 355 4~6th grade elementary school students after confirming the content validity from the experts. From the results, main questionnaire was confirmed by exploratory factor analysis. The results of this study are as follows. The participants were 838 students of elementary school. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, it was confirmed that the developed questionnaire was a reliable measure of the concept and was comprised of 15 items of 3 sub-scales: distortion(5 items), difficulty(5 items), indecision(5 items). The Cronbach's α of the scale developed in this study was a total of .89, and sub-scales(distortion, difficulty, indecision) were shown as .73, .81, .83 respectively. That means that the developed 3 sub-scale model can stably measure the psychological construct validity. The confirmatory factory analysis for construct validity showed RMSEA=.064, GFI=.94, CFI=.94, TLI=.92, NFI=.92. The coefficient of correlation between the developed questionnaire and EESC, which measures children 's emotional perception and difficulty in expressing, to verify the concurrent validity was high as .78 and with the internalizing problem behavior scale(YSR) and aggressive behavior was .54 and .24 respectively. It shows significant positive correlation. Finally, the implications and limitation of this study and suggestions for future studies were discussed.
