연구목적: 본 연구는 임금근로장애인들의 사회경제적 지위가 생활만족도에 어떠한 영향에 있어 노후준비의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 이 연구를 위하여 한국장애인고용공단의 2016년도 제8차 년도의 ‘장애인고용패널’ 자료를 분석으로 활용하였다. 대상자는 임금근로를 하는 장애인 5,092명 중 본 연구에 적합한 752명을 추출하였고, SPSS 20.0 Version을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 임근근로장애인의 사회경제적 지위가 높을수록 생활만족도가 높아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 임근근로장애인의 사회경제적 지위가 높을수록 노후준비가 잘 되어있는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 사회경제적 지위와 생활만족도 간 노후준비여부의 매개효과를 분석한 결과, 노후준비는 임금근로장애인의 사회경제적 지위와 생활만족도 간을 매개하는 것을 검증하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 임금 근로장애인의 생활만족도를 높이기 위한 일환으로 사회경제적 지위와 생활만족도 간의 관계에서 노후준비를 향상하기 위한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of preparation for later life on the relationship between socioeconomic position status and the life satisfaction of wage earning disabled people. Method: For it, this study analyzed 752 persons out of the 5,092 persons with disabilities who were working with wages in the 8th year of 'Employment for the Disabled Panel' of the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled. Results: The results were as follows: First, the socioeconomic status showed a positive(+) effect on the life satisfaction. Second, the socioeconomic status showed a positive(+) effect on the preparation for later life. Third, the preparation for later life was found to mediate between socioeconomic position status and the life satisfaction of wage earning disabled people. Conclusion: Based on the results, this study made some suggestions to improve the life satisfaction through the improvement of preparation for later life on the relationship between socioeconomic position status and the life satisfaction of wage earning disabled people.
