이 글의 目的은 『三國志』 韓國語 譯本에 나타난 ‘序文’의 諸樣相을 考察하는 데 있다. 序文은 글자 그대로 ‘실마리’ 곧 ‘풀어쓰는 글’이란 뜻으로 譯者가 책의 내용을 소개하거나 책과 관련한 자신의 見解를 나타내는 樣式이다. 그래서 序文을 통해 해당 板本의 出版 經緯와 기존 판본과의 辨別을 살필 수 있으며 이것이 일련의 ‘『三國志』 現象’을 이해할 수 있는 단서이기도 하다. 먼저 韓國語 譯本의 자료 현황과 이후 序文의 諸樣相을 ‘유사한 경우’, ‘동일한 경우’, ‘자기식의 경우’로 나누었다. 각각의 경우를 통해 譯本이 양산된 과정과 譯者들이 서문에서 밝히고 있는 飜譯의 이유가 譯本에 제대로 반영된 것인지 실증적으로 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 일련의 ‘現象’을 일으키게 했던 ‘論述’ 관련 板本들의 문제점과 함께 출판사의 商業的 戰略도 확인할 수 있었다. 즉, 序文 考察을 통해 보건대 『三國志』는 출판자본과 번역자의 상업적 의도가 接點을 이룰 만한 대상이었다.

The purpose of this study is to show the aspects of preface appeared in the Korean version of Samgukji. The preface means a brief explanation, which is a kind of form for the author to introduce the contents of the book, or to reveal his or her point of view on that book. The reason how we look through a happening of Samgukji through the preface is that there are clues to reveal the author's intention to translate this work. First of all, I studied the 342 translated materials, and divided them into three parts: the case of similarity, identity, and the author's intention. I was able to know the translation making procedures objectively through analyzing these materials case by case. Of course, I can confirm whether the author's intention was reflected in the preface or not. Also I can confirm the commercial strategy which caused problems related with the discourse. Above all, Samgukji can be called as a kind of work which has the connection between the publication capital and the commercial intention.
