본 연구에서는 결혼이주여성들에 대한 경제활동지원정책의 개선방안을 모색하기 위해 결혼이주여성들의 경제활동지원정책에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 분석을 위해서 질적 연구방법인 Q방법론을 활용하였으며, QUANL. PC 프로그램을 통해 주요인 분석(Principal Component Analysis)을 실시하였다. 결혼이주여성들의 주관적인 견해를 통해 요인을 분석한 결과 세 유형으로 분류되었으며, 모두 취업을 위한 준비 및 지원에 해당되는 요인들이 대부분이었다. 또한 각 유형을 대표하는 진술문을 중심으로 정책의 개선에 대한 함의가 도출되었다.

In this study, we analyzed the perception of married migrant women on economic activity support policy in order to find ways to improve the economic activity support policy for married immigrant women. The Q methodology, which is a qualitative research method, was used for the analysis. Principal Component Analysis was conducted through the PC program. As a result of analyzing the factors through the subjective opinions of married immigrant women, there were three types of perception. Most of them were factors for preparation and support for employment. In addition, implications for the improvement of the policy have been derived with the statements representing each type.
