이 연구는 장애학생을 위한 장점 중심 발달재활 심리지원 서비스를 체계적이고 단계적으로 실행하고, 실행 과정에 참여한 심리치료사들의 경험과 그 의미, 서비스 실행 과정에서 달라진 심리지원 서비스의 변화와 그 의미를 살펴보고자 하였다. 장점 중심 발달재활 심리지원 서비스는 이해, 적용, 심화 과정의 Ⅲ단계로 진행되었으며, 각 단계에서는 연수, 준비, 실행, 반성, 공유, 자문의 과정을 거쳤다. 총 12회기에 걸쳐 심리지원 서비스가 실시되었으며, 각 회기마다 사례회의를 통해 연구 참여자들의 의견을 수렴하였다. 실행연구의 과정에서 참여 관찰, 면담, 사례회의 등을 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 수집한 자료는 < Nvivo 10 >을 이용하여 귀납적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 심리치료사들의 경험과 그 의미를 살펴본 결과, 장애학생의 장점에 대한 인식, 장애학생의 문제행동에 대한 관점, 심리치료사들의 역량에서 변화된 점을 찾아볼 수 있었다. 둘째, 장점중심 발달재활 심리지원 서비스의 변화와 그 의미를 살펴본 결과, 심리지원 서비스 중재 초기에는 어려움이 있었으나, 실행 과정에서 심리지원 서비스에 대한 새로운 이해과 시도가 나타나고, 궁극에는 심리지원 서비스가 강화되는 변화를 찾아볼 수 있었다.

This study is to put the strength-oriented development & psychology rehabilitation service in practice so as to examine the experience of psychotherapists and the change of service in the implementation course. The strength-oriented development & psychology rehabilitation service has been conducted on the students with disabilities 12 times; the case conferences were held each time to listen to the participants’ opinions. The entire procedure of the study is divided into 3 steps. Each step consists of training, preparation, implementation, self-reflection, sharing, and consultation. The data collected from participant observations, interviews, case conferences, and Nvivo 10 was employed to analyze the date inductively. The study reached two significant conclusions as follows: First, investigation the psychotherapists’ experiences enabled them to see changes and have a better recognition of the students with disabilities strengths, their perspectives on the behavioral problems, and their own professional capabilities. Second, examining the meaning and the change of the strength-oriented development & psychology rehabilitation service showed the change of the service during the course of the implementation, the difficulty in the early implementation of the service, a better understanding of the effectiveness of the service and enhance of the service.
