본 연구는 국내외에 산재되어 있는 이학규의 문집 이본과 선집에 수록된 자료 현황을 검토, 분석하고 아울러 앞서 간행된 문집과 대조하여 각각의 자료가 지닌 의미를 드러내고자 하였다. 이학규의 문집은 당대에 간행되지 못했으며, 그의 사후에도 온전히 수습되지 못한 채 유실된 것으로 추측된다. 현재 학계에서 통용되는 이학규의 문집은 두 종으로, 한국한문학연구회에서 편찬한 『낙하생전집』과 민족문화추진회에서 간행한 『낙하생집』이 있다. 지금까지 이학규를 대상으로 한 연구는 상기 문집에 기반해서 이루어졌으며, 그의 문학세계 전반에 걸쳐 활발한 연구가 진행된 바 있다. 그러나 문집이 간행된 이후에 문집에 수록되지 않은 저술과 이본들이 발견되어 연구가 시도되었으며, 이를 계기로 이학규의 새로운 자료에 대한 관심이 고조되었다. 그동안의 축적된 연구 성과를 올바르게 이해하고, 앞으로의 다양한 연구 발전을 모색하기 위해서는 문집의 이본 정리와 검토가 절실한 시점이라 하겠다. 본 연구는 이학규의 문집 정본화를 위한 기초 작업에 해당되는 것이며, 이학규의 문학적 위상을 재정립하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to research and analyze the current state including the different version and the whole collection of works of Nakhasang throughout the inside and outside of the country and to contrast the previous published collection. After that it is to show the meaning of each data. Mr.Lee HakGyu's collection of works wasn't published of the age and it's estimated that it's lost after his death failing to collect. Now Mr.Lee HakGyu's collection of works which is passed in the academic world is two types. One is 『The whole collection of works of Nakhasaeng』 a set of three volumes and the other is 『The collection of works of Nakhasaeng』 published by the Korean classics research institute. By this time, the study about Mr.Lee HakGyu based on those collection has made lively progress throughout his literature world. However some writings and different version which were not listed on his collection were discovered and examined, so the interest about new materials of Mr.Lee HakGyu was highly increased. So this is the right time to check and examine his different version of collection to make a development of variant studies and to understand rightly the achievement of study accumulated so far. This study is to do the groundwork for the formation of the original copy of Mr.Lee HakGyu's collection of works and to contribute the reestablishment of Mr.Lee HakGyu's status as the literary man of the GeunGiNamIn school.
