도면이 익숙하지 않은 건축 클라이언트와의 협의는 쉽지 않은 일이다. 이에 따라 건축가와 클라이언트와의 협의를 위한 방법을 증강현실을 통해 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 도면에 익숙하지 않은 건축클라이언트와의 소통을 위해 마커를 도면과 유사하게 하거나 요소 및 기능별로 마커를 디자인하였다. 또한, 건축 클라이언트와 건축가의 소통을 돕기 위해 각 실에 대한 가구 설정변경, 벽 및 바닥에 대한 재질 변경과 같은 기능을 포함하고 있으며, 캐릭터를 증강한 공간 내에서 돌아다니거나 캐릭터 1인칭 시점 변경을 통해서 실의 크기나 동선에 대한 건축 클라이언트의 이해를 돕는 등 다양한 방식을 통해 공간에 대한 구성이나 배치에 대한 접근을 쉽게 하였다. 제작한 프로그램은 데스크톱과 태블릿PC 두 가지로 개발하여 대형화면을 통한 원활한 소통과 휴대성을 고려하였다. 결과적으로 개발한 프로그램으로 건축 클라이언트와 건축가는 실시간으로 소통이 가능할 것이며, 협의 시간 또한 크게 단축될 것이며, 클라이언트의 잘못된 이해로 발생할 문제 또한 방지할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

It is not easy to negotiate with building clients who are not familiar with the drawings. Therefore, we propose a method for consultation between architect and client through augmented reality. In this study, the markers were designed similar to the drawings or the markers were designed by elements and functions in order to communicate with building clients who are not familiar with the drawings. It also includes features such as changing furniture settings for each room, changing materials on the walls and floors to help building clients and architects communicate, and making it easier to navigate within a space of enhanced character, Through a variety of ways, such as helping building clients understand the size and movement of the room, it is easy to access the configuration and layout of the space. The program was developed as a desktop and a tablet PC, and considered the smooth communication through the large screen and portability. As a result, it is expected that building clients and architects will be able to communicate in real time with the developed program, and the consultation time will be greatly shortened, and problems caused by misunderstanding of clients will also be prevented.
