본 연구는 성인 애착 불안과 이성관계 만족과의 관계에서 정서인식과 정서표현 양가성의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 특히, 정서표현 양가성의 동기에 따라 각기 다른 표현 방식을 보인다는 점에 초점을 맞춰 연구모형을 자기 방어적 양가성과 관계 방어적 양가성으로 나누어 2개의 모형에서 변인 간 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 현재 이성관계를 하고 있는 대학생 244명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료를 분석하기 위해 구조방정식 모형 검증을 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기 방어적 양가성을 포함하는 연구모형 1에서 애착 불안은 정서 인식과 자기 방어적 양가성에 정적 영향, 정서 인식은 자기 방어적 양가성에 부적 영향, 자기 방어적 양가성은 이성관계 만족에 부적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 관계 방어적 양가성을 포함하는 연구모형 2에서 애착 불안은 정서인식과 관계 방어적 양가성에 각각 정적 영향을 미쳤으나 정서 인식과 관계 방어적 양가성, 이성관계 만족은 유의한 관련을 나타내지 않았다. 셋째, 매개효과 검증 결과 애착 불안은 정서인식, 자기 방어적 양가성을 매개로 하여 이성관계 만족에 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학생들의 이성관계를 이해하고 상담 장면에서 정서적 변인에 초점을 맞춰 도움 줄 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effects of mood awareness and ambivalence over emotional expressiveness on the relation between adult attachment anxiety and romantic relationship satisfaction. In particular, this study focused on the fact that different expressions are shown according to the motivation of emotional expression ambivalence, and tried to examine the relationship of variables within two study models divided into self-defensive ambivalence and relationship defensive ambivalence. The subjects of this study were 244 college students who have romantic relationship and the collected data were analyzed by structural equation models. The major results are as follows: First, In study model 1, which includes self-defensive ambivalence, attachment anxiety has a positive effect on mood awareness and self-defensive ambivalence, mood awareness has a negative effect on self-defensive ambivalence, self-defensive ambivalence has a negative effect on romantic relationship satisfaction. Second, in study model 2, which includes relationship defensive ambivalence, attachment anxiety has a positive effect on mood awareness and relationship defensive ambivalence respectively, but mood awareness and relationship defensive ambivalence, romantic relationship satisfaction were not significantly related. Third, as a result of the mediating effect test, attachment anxiety showed negative effects on the romantic relationship satisfaction through mood awareness and self-defensive ambivalence. This study will help to understand the romantic relationship of students and focused on the emotional variables in the counseling scene.
