한적(漢籍)지식의 활용과 이야기의 구성 -『겐지모노가타리(源氏物語)』중 한시「자조(自嘲)」를 중심으로-

本稿では、漢籍が日本に傳わって日本文學の形成にどのような役割を果たしたかについて考察するために、白樂天の「自嘲」という漢詩を利用した『源氏物語』第2部の柏木物語について考えてみた。まず、柏木と女三宮の密通の實態を明らかにし、第1部と第2部で繰り返される密通事件の意味が異なる点を指摘した。これをもとに源氏が薰を抱いている場面において白樂天の漢詩「自嘲」の一部が引用されているが、物語はこの表現を重層的に解釋できるように描いていることを論じた。そして、「自嘲」の表現を用いたこの場面が第3部の薰の人生を予告していることを明らかにし、この作品全體が不義の事件の連續によって織りなされていることを浮き彫りにした。

In this paper, in order to examine what role Chinese literature has been applied to Japan and played a role in the formation of Japanese literature, think about the Kashiwagi story of part 2 of The Tale of Genji that uses Chinese poetry of "Self-derision". First of all, I clarified the actual situation of the adultery of Kashiwagi and Onnasannomiya, pointed out that the meaning differs from the case repeated in Part 1 and Part 2. In the first place Kashiwagi did not intend to commit adultery Onnasannomiya, but just intended to confess her love to her. For that reason, after adultery he will self-destroy due to fear against Genji. It can be said that this is a big difference between Genji and Kashiwagi who are immersed in love. After the death of Kashiwagi, the scene that Genji embraces Kaoru and has a complex mindset, and there are quotations of some Chinese poetry "Self-derision" by Bai Juyi. The work makes this scene more uninterpretable using this "Self-derision" expression. First of all, The expression using this part of "Self-derision" implies that Kaoru will experience affair with his wife and other men like Genji. At the same time Kashiwagi was self-destroyed by the passion for love, so Kaoru will grow as a man of character who can not be immersed in love unlike his real father Kashiwagi. In other words, the quotation of this "Self-derision" expression plays a role in foretelling the life of Kaoru in the third part. From this it is highlighted that this whole work is interwoven by the succession of adultery incidents.
