본 연구에서는 대안형 특성화학교 교사의 교사신념이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 대안형 특성화학교 교사의 배경변인에 따라서 교사신념, 직무만족에 차이가 있는 지와 교사신념과 직무만족 간의 어떠한 관계가 있는 지를 살펴보고 마지막으로 교사신념이 직무만족에 미치는 영향력에 대해 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 경상도와 전라도 지역에 있는 대안형 특성화학교에 근무하고 있는 교사 174명을 표집하였다. 조사도구로 교사신념(조인진, 2008), 직무만족(채영병, 2006) 척도가 이용되었으며, 수집된 자료는 빈도분석, 독립표본 t-검증, 일원분산분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사의 배경변인에 따른 교사신념, 직무만족의 차이를 살펴본 결과 교사신념은 성, 연령, 교사경력에 따라 차이가 있으며 직무만족은 교사경력에 따라 차이가 있다. 둘째, 대안형 특성화학교 교사의 교사신념과 직무만족 간에는 상호 유의한 정적 상관관계가 성립된다. 셋째, 대안형 특성화학교 교사의 교사신념은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미친다.

This study examined that to research the teacher belief Effects on job satisfaction whether there are difference between teacher belief and job satisfaction, what relationship there is between teacher belief and job satisfaction finally we examined teacher belief Effects on job satisfaction ,according to background variable of alternative specialized school teacher. To achieve this, we collected 174 teachers working in alternative specialized school which is in Kyongsang -do and Cholla-do. We used scale of teacher belief(Jo Injin,2008), and job satisfaction(Chae Youngbyeong, 2006) as research tool and, the collected data used frequency analysis, independent t-test , one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Here's the research finding discovered in this study. Firstly, the result after examining the difference between teacher belief and job satisfaction depending on teacher's background variable, teacher belief depends on sex, age and teaching experience and job satisfaction depends on teaching experience. Secondly, there are meaningful static correlation between teacher belief and job satisfaction of alternative specialized school teacher. Thirdly, teacher belief of alternative specialized school teacher has meaningful influence on job satisfaction.
