이 연구에서는 이상적인 디지털 거버넌스를 구성하기 위해 국어 교육에서 합리적인 의사소통 교육 내용을 구성하기 위한 지향점을 밝혔다. 이를 위해 먼저 디지털 기술을 통한 소통 상황에서 나타나는 문제점을 인식하는 한편, 교과의 본질적 성격을 바탕으로 연구를 진행하였다. 디지털 기술 혁신으로 사회 문화적 변화가 가속화되고, 전 지구적 연결망이 형성되면서 다원적인 이익과 가치가 충돌하는 현상이 나타나고 있다. 한편으로 참여자 개개인은 적극적으로 공공 논의에 참여하면서도 공적 가치보다는 개인적인 가치를 선호하는 경향을 보인다. 이는 디지털 시민 사회를 구성하기 위해 합리적 의사소통 교육이 기능 중심의 접근 관점에서 나아가 공공의 사회적 실천 행위를 유도하는 역할을 해야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 이에 따라 이 연구에서는 문제 상황과 해결의 각 측면을 고려하여 합리적인 의사소통 교육에서 고려할 지점을 제시하였다. 상황적 측면에서는 소셜 미디어를 활용하여 교실을 가치 체계나 이해 관계가 충돌하는 공적 공간으로 구성하고, 학습자들이 모호함과 불확실성에 직면하도록 해야 한다. 문제 해결의 측면에서는 합의보다는 논의 과정을 중시하는 숙의적 의사소통에 대한 교육이 필요하다.

In this study, we aimed to construct rational communication education content in Korean language education in order to construct ideal digital governance. To do this, we first recognized the problems of communication through digital technology, and re - recognized the intrinsic nature of the curriculum. As socio-cultural change accelerates and the global network is formed, there is a collision between pluralistic interests and values. On the other hand, each participant actively participates in public debate, but tends to prefer personal values rather than public values. This implies that rational communication education should play a role in guiding public social action practice from the perspective of function - oriented approach to construct digital governance. Therefore, in this study, the points to be considered in the rational communication education are suggested considering each aspect of the problem situation and solution. In the contextual aspect, the social media should be used to construct the classroom as a public space where the value system or interests conflict, and students should face ambiguity and uncertainty. In terms of problem solving, it is necessary to educate about deliberative communication that emphasizes discussion process rather than consensus.
