본 연구는 항공서비스라는 특수한 직업목적을 가진 유학생을 대상으로 한 한국어 교육 방안에 대한 연구이다. 현재 NCS 기반 교육과정으로 운영되고 있는 전문대학의 항공서비스과 유학생들을 대상으로 NCS 기반 한국어 교육의 필요성을 알아보고 나아가 항공서비스에 적합한 한국어 교육 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 유학생들의 한국어 교육 현황을 파악하고 요구조사를 실시하여 현 교육과정에서의 문제점을 보완하여 적합한 한국어교육 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 유학생들의 요구조사를 중심으로 항공객실서비스 NCS 학습모듈에 따른 한국어 교수·학습 모형을 제시하고, 이론과 실무를 병행하여 한국어를 학습하는 과정을 통해 산업 현장에서 효율적으로 한국어를 사용할 수 있는 최적의 방법을 제시하고자 하였다. 이런 한국어 교육과정이 항공객실 서비스 절차 및 NCS 학습 모듈에서 요구하는 능력단위를 중심으로 구성되었으며 이 연구를 토대로 외국인 항공승무원 및 항공 서비스 전공유학생들을 대상으로 하는 한국어 교육이 항공사에서 요구하는 전문 인력 양성에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

The purpose of this study was to suggest teaching method of Korean Language based on NCS for foreign students of Airline service Department. In order to accomplish this research purpose, the following research questions are constructed that includes duration of learning Korean, purpose of learning Korean, the necessity of major related textbook and so on. Questionnaires and surveys were conducted from the foreign students whose major is Airline Service. The result of this study was that appropriate learning Korean materials and education plans should be developed for foreign students of Airline Service Department for vocational purpose. To achieve this goal, consistent and continuous research on NCS based Korean education for various industrial field. So, this study is one of the suggestion to develop teaching method of Korean Language based on NCS for foreign students of Airline service Department. Based on this research, I hope that Korean language education will contribute to the development of vocational professionals required by companies.
