유형성을 넘어서 무형의 가치로서 사용자와 상호작용하는 ‘서비스디자인(service design)’이 다양한 영역에서 다루어지고 있으며 그 중 공공의료기관에서 고객과 실무자의 편의를 위한 사업이 많이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 서비스디자인 사업은 주로 이해관계자의 환경 및 시각정보 개선을 통해 더 나은 서비스를 제공함에 목적이 있다. 그러나 서비스디자인 사업의 결과물을 실무자에게 전달할 때 주로 사용하는 ‘다이어그램’ 매체는 이해도와 정보공유에 어려움이 있음을 파악하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실무자의 이해와 실무자들 간의 결과물 공유에 적합한 매체가 어떤 것인지 조사하고자 한다. 이를 위해 총 5가지의 매체-다이어그램, 스토리보드, 카드, 영상, 웹 페이지-를 제작하여 보건소 실무자 10명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 회의 참석과 미참석의 상황으로 나누어 각 매체의 이해성, 흥미성, 효율성, 활용성 면에 대해 조사하였다. 연구결과, 회의 참석/미참석 상황 모두 평가항목에서 ‘스토리보드’가 가장 높은 점수를 받았고 ‘다이어그램’과 ‘카드’는 비교적 낮게 평가되어졌다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 서비스디자인 결과물 전달 방법이 유용하게 사용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

Public healthcare institutions have been engaged in a range of projects for the convenience of their customers and practitioners against the backdrop of the interactive ‘service design’ emerging in different industry sectors. Challenges have arisen in relation to understanding and sharing information in the process of transferring the final outputs of service design to the staff in charge by the medium of ‘diagrams’. This study proposes some alternative media conducive to responsible staff’s understanding and sharing the outputs of service design. As for the method, 10 staff members working at health centers were grouped into attendees and absentees at meetings for an in-depth interview concerning five media, i.e. a diagram, storyboard, card, video and web page. The interviewees rated the proposed options in terms of their comprehensibility, interest, efficiency and usability. In brief, the ‘storyboard’ was rated highest by both attendees and absentees. Meanwhile, the ‘diagram’ and ‘card’ were rated lowest. The findings will provide some reference data for service design outputs serviceable for ‘practitioners’ in practice.
