이 연구는 2009년 ‘장애학생 학력평가제 및 평가조정제 실시’에 대한 계획 발표이후 지난 10여 년 동안 장애학생들의 학업성취도 평가와 관련된 국내 연구의 동향을 살펴 그동안 수행된 연구의 방향성과 이 연구들에서 언급된 문제점 그리고 그 문제점을 개선하기 위한 후속과제를 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 설정된 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2008년부터 2017년까지의 학위 및 학술지 논문들을 대상으로 ‘학업성취’, ‘평가’, ‘특수’(혹은 ‘장애’) 등의 키워드로 검색하고 최종적으로 논문 25편을 분석하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 연구대상에서는 제도나 규정을 대상으로 한 경우가 많았고, 평가대상 교과의 경우에도 과목을 특정하지 않은 경우가 가장 많았다. 연구방법의 경우, 문헌분석과 설문조사가 대다수를 차지하였고, 연구주제는 대안평가 자체에 대한 연구와 학업성취도평가에 대한 교사의 인식을 가장 많이 다루고 있었다. 결과를 토대로 향후 장애학생의 학업성취도 평가를 위한 후속과제에 대해 법과 제도(규정)의 정비와 기준 및 지침 개발(혹은 지원), 교사의 역량 강화, 학업성취도평가와 IEP와의 관계 정립 등에 대한 구체적인 논의를 다루었다.
This study was to analyze the research’s directivity, the problems mentioned in that research, and what we have to do henceforward for improving the problems by examining the domestic research trends on the assessment of educational achievement for students with disabilities for the last 10 years since the government had announced the plan related to the assessment and testing accommodation of educational achievement for students with disabilities in 2009. Research output released from 2008 to 2017 were searched by key words like ‘educational achievement’, ‘assessment’, ‘special(or disability)’, and then 25 theses and research articles were selected as the target of analysis. The results were as follows: In the case of participants, research with no human participants was most often. The similar result was found in the subject matters, that is, research with no specific subject matters was most often. It was found that most research was conducted using literature analysis and survey as research methodology, and many studies addressed the alternate(alternative) assessment itself and recognition of teachers/actual conditions on the assessment as research subjects. Based on the results, this study discussed concretely the issues, such as ‘the organization of laws and system(rules)’, ‘the developmental(or support) of standards and directions’, ‘the teacher empowerments’, and ‘the establishment of the relationships between educational achievement and IEP’.
