본 연구의 목적은 상담전공 학부생을 대상으로 특수아 상담 강좌가 수강생들의 장애인에 대한 인식 및 태도를 변화시키는데 효과가 있는지를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 수도권에 위치한 대학에서 상담 관련 학과에 재학 중인 학생들을 대상으로 특수아 상담 강좌를 실시하고 관련 설문을 실시하였다. 강좌를 신청한 수강생들 46명에게 장애인에 대한 인식 및 태도를 확인하는 설문을 총 4회 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 R프로그램을 활용하여 다층성장모형으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 장애인에 대한 인식 및 태도의 하위요인들 중 왜곡된 동일시와 친교거부를 제외한 요인들에서 평균 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다. 영향요인 분석에서는 주요 타인 중 장애인이 있는지 여부, 장애관련 강좌 수강 경험, 장애인과 함께 행사에 참여한 경험이 장애인에 대한 인식 및 태도의 특정 하위요인의 초기값이나 변화율에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주었다. 본 연구는 상담 성과에 주요한 요인으로 작용하는 상담자 변인들 중 내담자에 대한 인식 및 태도가 상담전공 학부생들을 대상으로 이루어지는 특수아 상담 강좌로 인해 변화함을 보여주었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the lecture of counseling for the exceptional children in changing the perceptions and attitudes toward people with disabilities to of counseling major undergraduate students. For this purpose, we conducted the lecture of counseling for the exceptional children for the undergraduate students in the counseling department at the university located in the Seoul-metropolitan area and surveyed questionnaires. In particular, 46 students repeatedly were surveyed four times. Data were analyzed by multi-level growth modeling using R program. As a result of the analysis, the mean score decreased significantly among the subfactors of perception and attitude toward the people with disabilities, except for the distorted identification factor and the refusal of a friendship. In the analysis of influential factors, it was statistically significant on the presence of persons with disabilities among significant others, the experiences of participating in courses related to disability, and the experiences of participating in events related to persons with disabilities, on the initial status or rate of change of specific sub-factors. This study is meaningful that it showed change of perception and attitude which is one of the important counselor factors as major factors contributing to counseling outcomes toward the clients of counseling major students due to the lectures of exceptional children counseling.
