When Wiman came to exile in the Joseon(朝鮮) Dynasty, his hair and dress were called "魋結蠻夷服; The hair style and clothing of barbarian)" in "Shih chi(史記)". When we look at the context, it follows that we have followed the clothes and hair of Korea. It becomes a rite of submission. However, '魋結' is also seen in the history of South Zhou(南越王) Zhao(趙陀). About the "魋結" of the steering, it interpreted as the Chinese soldiers' hair in the comment of "history"
"魋結" written in the "history" is written as "椎結" in the "Hanshu(漢書)". In the "Samkukji(三國志)", only the 蠻夷服is written as 胡夷服without writing the hair. As a result of examining the various documents, "椎結" of "kanji" was revealed as the which the general Han lieutenant who had sent to the Xiong-ni. The hair of the Xiongnu, '椎結', refers to the pigeon as a matter of course. Therefore, the hair of the Joseon Dynasty turned out to be the hair of the head. This fact was a sign of the world different from China.
It seems that the residents of the northwestern region of the Korean peninsula, which was pigtail, changed into a pair of haircuts with a head turned to the top of the head after establish a Chinese colonial city. It seems that the hair has changed according to the Chinese painting which was pushed rapidly. This makes it possible to find only two hair pieces in the Koguryo tomb murals. Baekje and Silla were no exception.
