이 논문은 현대사회의 가족 여가에서 추구하는 즐거움의 실태와 문제점을 분석하고, 탈현대사회의 가족 여가의 즐거움에 대해 모색해보려고 한다. 오늘날 현대인은 가족 여가에 대해 새롭게 의미를 부여하고 있고, 가족 여가의 공유 정도가 높을수록 여가에 대한 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타난다. 이런 조사 결과는 현대사회의 가족에게 가족 여가가 가족생활의 중요한 요소로 대두되고 있음을 잘 보여준다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현대 가족 여가는 여러 가지 문제를 안고 있다. 현대사회의 대부분의 가족은 늘어난 여가시간에 무엇을 해야 할 지에 대한 구체적인 계획이 없다. 가족 여가를 중시하고 즐기고는 있지만 가족 여가를 통해서 무엇을 즐겨야 할 것인가에 대한 해답은 가지고 있지 못하다. 지금 현대 가족은 이에 대한 답을 필요로 한다. 이 논문은 그 답을 『주역』에서 찾아보고자 한다. 이 논문이 『주역』에서 탈현대적 가족 여가의 즐거움에 대한 해답을 찾으려고 하는 이유는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 『주역』은 상징성이 매우 높은 저술이기 때문에, 답을 구하는 자의 어떤 질문에도 매우 창조적인 해답을 제공해주기 때문이다. 둘째, 『주역』은 현대 가족 여가에서 추구하는 즐거움이 안고 있는 문제를 해결해 줄 수 있는 대안을 내포하고 있기 때문이다. 셋째, 『주역』은 현대인에게 지금 여기를 살아갈 수 있는 직접적인 교훈을 주기 때문이다. 그러므로 이 논문에서는 『주역』의 뇌지예雷地豫괘를 통해서 탈현대사회의 가족 여가에서 어떤 즐거움을 추구해야 할 것인가에 대한 해답을 찾으려고 한다. 이 논문은 먼저 현대 가족 여가에서 나타나는 즐거움의 실태와 문제점을 살펴볼 것이다. 다음으로 가족 여가에서 즐거움의 탈현대적인 논의에 대한 해답을 『주역』뇌지예괘 ‘즐거움’의 도道에서 찾아 볼 것이다. 마지막으로 탈현대적 가족 여가의 즐거움에 대한 이상의 논의가 가지는 의미에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다.

This paper attempts to analyze the actual state of pleasure that is sought in family leisure of modern society and to discuss the pleasure of family leisure in post-modern society. Modern people are putting a new meaning to family leisure and it is shown that the more share of family leisure there is, the more satisfaction. In modern society, family leisure has become an important element of family life. Nevertheless, modern family leisure has several problems. Most modern family members have vague idea of what to do in their leisure time. They think that family leisure is important and enjoy it but they do not know what to enjoy through family leisure. This paper provides the answer which modern family needs. Followings are the reasons this paper seeks to find answers for pleasure of post-modern family leisure in I Ching. First, I Ching can provide very creative answers for any kinds of questions because it has plenty of symbolic meanings. Second, this book includes alternative answers for solving the problems of pleasure that modern people seek in their family leisure. Third, I Ching provides direct messages for modern people so that they can live 'here and now'. Given this, the present paper tries to find the answers for the pleasure in family leisure of post-modern society by way of The Yu Hexagram of I Ching.
