본고에서는 대학의 한국어 교육 목표와 내용을 제언하고 관련 이슈를 검토 하였다. 한국어 교육의 목표와 내용은 한국어, 학습기술, 전공지식, 한국문화의 네 영역으로 설정되는 것이 바람직하다. 관련 이슈로는 첫째, 내용적 측면에서 KASP와 KSAP의 방향성 문제, 교과목의 성격 및 위상의 문제, 셋째, 언어 전문가의 역할의 문제이다. 성공적인 KAP 운영을 위해서는 한국어 교육은 KGAP를 기반으로 KSAP로 이행되어야 하며, 선수 과목 성격의 유학생 전용 전공과목 및 일부 한국어 과목에 학점을 부여하고, 한국어 교사와 내용 전문가의 협업을 활성화할 필요가 있다.

This article proposed the objectives and content of Korean language education and reviewed related issues. The purpose and contents of Korean language education should be set in four areas: Korean, learning skills, subject knowledge, and Korean culture. There are three related issues. The issue of KGAP and KSAP, the nature and status of subjects, and the role of language teachers and the subject experts. For successful development of KAP, Korean language education should be implemented as KSAP based on KGAP. In addition, it is necessary to encourage cooperation between Korean language teachers and content experts and make prerequisite subject and some Korean subject credit based courses.
