본 연구는 이주여성의 뷰티서비스 이용실태와 뷰티서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대하여 연구하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 연구결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이주여성의 뷰티서비스 실태를 보면 헤어서비스의 이용이 타 뷰티서비스에 비해 상대적으로 높으며, 피부관리, 메이크업 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이주여성들이 뷰티서비스를 이용하는 이유는 자아 존중감 및 존경심 향상 그리고 기분전환 및 일상의 긴장감 해소를 위해서인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 뷰티서비스 만족도에 미치는 중요 영향요인을 검증 종합한 결과를 보면 피부관리는 시술과정 및 고객 응대, 메이크업은 진단과 관련정보 제공, 헤어서비스는 기술과 고객응대가 타 세부 요인에 비해 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면, 이주여성을 대상으로 하는 뷰티서비스는 유형별로 차별화된 전략을 마련할 필요가 있다는 것을 도출할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the use of beauty services among migrant women. The results of this study are as follows: The first, the use of hair care services was relatively high compared to other beauty services, followed by skin care and make-up. And the second, reasons that migrant women use beauty services are enhancement of self-esteem and respect, relieve tension, etc. Third, we examined the important factors influencing the degree of satisfaction with beauty services. Major factors of skin care are the operation process, customer response, make-up providing diagnosis and related information, and hair service were found to be important factors in relation to technology and customer responsiveness. In conclusion, we can be used to derive the need to provide differentiated strategies for each type of beauty services for migrant women.
