본 연구는 상담전공 학부생의 학과만족도와 행복감을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 탐색하고자 이들의 진로 스트레스, 진로결정자기효능감이 학과만족도 및 행복에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 조사하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 상담전공 학부생 318명으로, 그들의 진로스트레스, 진로결정자기효능감, 학과 만족 및 주관적 행복에 대한 관계를 알아보았으며, 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 상담전공 학부생의 진로스트레스와 진로결정자기효능감은 학과만족도 및 주관적 행복에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 더불어 진로결정자기효능감은 진로스트레스와 학과만족에 완전매개를, 진로스트레스와 주관적 행복에 부분매개를 하였다. 이러한 결과를 중심으로 상담전공 학부생 양성과정에서 이들의 진로결정자기효능감을 높이고, 진로스트레스를 낮추는 방안들을 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the method of improving the major satisfaction and subjective happiness of undergraduate students who are majoring in counseling by exploring the mediating effects of career stress and career decision-making self-efficacy on major satisfaction and subjective happiness. For this study, 318 undergraduate students majoring in counseling have been surveyed about career stress inventory, major satisfaction inventory, subjective happiness scale, and career decision-making self-efficacy scale and correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. Career stress and career decision-making self-efficacy have significant effects on major satisfaction and subjective happiness. In addition, career decision-making self-efficacy completely mediated in the relationship between career stress and major satisfaction. and partially mediated in the relationship between career stress and subjective happiness. Based on these results, the ways have been discussed to improve their career decision-making self-efficacy and to reduce their career stress during the training course for the undergraduate students majoring in counseling.
