The purposed of this study was to provide a basic framework of ethics that can be applied to the event industry. First of all, the concept of ethics was defined and this study extensively reviewed studies on ethical management and ethical evaluation of companies. Afterwards, this study looked into the existing ethical issues raised by the event industry and it compared them with the ethical evaluation of the companies reviewed in advance. As findings, it showed four stages about how to identify the social responsibility of an event firm. In addition, it projected a multidimensional measurement framework to evaluate the ethical management of an event company. In conclusion, the ethical management of an event firm means to create economic, social and environmental values by sharing and practicing ethical policies established by the core values and visions of each event company.
