이 논문은 ‘구비문학과 사회적 약자: 소통, 치유, 공생’이라는 기획주제의 하나로 발표된 것이다. 특히 ‘구비문학을 통한 연대와 복지의 실현’이라는 부분에서 2018년 여름 폭염이 연일 지속되는 가운데 노인, 장년, 어린이의 세대교류를 위한 공간과 프로그램을 제안하게 되었다. 논의의 대상이 된 지역사회인 풍납동은 문화재의 복원, 보존 정책과 거주민의 행복추구권이 갈등하는 지역으로 다른 지역에 비해 거주민들을 위한 복지 공간이 부족한 곳이다. 이에 두 갈등을 해소하는 대책을 강구하게 되었다. 첫째, 노인과 어린이들이 백제 이야기 그림책을 읽고, 내용을 숙지한 후에 사진을 찍어 내용을 저장하고 이를 QR코드로 제작하여 서로 공유하는 방법으로 풍납토성과 관련된 백제의 이야기를 배울 수 있는 기회를 마련한다. 둘째, 지역 활동가들이 한성백제박물관 유물의 내용을 관람하고 풍납토성이 지닌 역사문화환경의 의미를 이해하고 자신이 거주하고 있는 공간에 대한 역사를 이해함으로써 지역 활동가로서의 자질을 함양시키는 것이다. 셋째, 문화재 복원을 위해 철거된 빈 공간에 풍납토성의 자연환경을 보존하고 이야기를 구연할 수 있는 원형 이야기무대, 전래놀이를 할 수 있는 마당, 풍납토성 모형을 만들어 실제로 토성에 올라가서 놀 수 있는 체험, 풍납토성을 쌓을 때 사용한 판축기법을 사용해 볼 수 있는 흙 놀이터 등을 조성하여 자연친화적인 한성백제전래문화마당을 구성한다. 한성백제전래문화마당은 주민의 복지공간으로 노인, 장년, 어린이가 함께 즐기고 문화를 교류할 수 있는 공간이 될 것이다. 적극적인 지역민의 참여와 이를 수용하는 정책은 발굴 현장을 보존하기 위해 지역주민의 생존 공간을 보상하고 철거하는 소극적인 문화재 보존정책을 새롭게 전환시키고 서로 상생할 수 있는 길을 만들 것이다.

This paper concerns the theme of ‘Literature and Social Weakness: Communication, Healing, and Coexistence.’ Particularly the field of ‘solidarity and welfare through the literature of obedience’, in the summer of 2018, the great heat led to proposals of spaces and programs for the elderly, and children. Pungnapdong, the community that is the subject of discussion, is a place where policy on the restoration and preservation of cultural properties and the right of the residents to pursue happiness are in conflict, and there is a lack of public space for residents compared to other regions. Therefore, it was decided to take measures to resolve the conflicts. First, the elderly and children will read a Baekje story book, and examine the contents of the pictures, take pictures and save the contents, and make QR code to share them with each other. Second, local activists would be able to see the contents of the Hanseong Baekje Museum relics, understand the meaning of the historical and cultural environment of the Pungnaptoseong, and learn the history of the space where they live. Third, we can create a prototype story stage to preserve the natural environment of the Pungnaptoseong in the empty space demolished for restoration of cultural properties, a place where we can play traditional games, Moreover, a soil playground like that used for the plate-making technique used to build the earthen Pungnaptoseong can be built to form the nature-friendly Hansung Baekje Traditional Culture Park. The Hanseong Baekje Traditional Culture Park will be a public space for residents, where seniors, senior citizens, and children can enjoy themselves together and exchange culture.
