본고는 2009와 2015 개정 교육과정을 작문 영역을 중심으로 체제와 주요 내용을 비교한 연구이다. 그 결과를 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 2015는 2009와는 다르게 교과의 본질과 필요성을 나타내는 ‘성격’ 항을 제시하였다. ‘목표’ 항에서는 2015 개정 교육과정의 기조를 반영하여 국어 교육의 목표로 기능할 국어과 핵심 역량을 제시하였다. 또한 2015의 ‘내용 체계’는 2009까지 유지되어오던 내용 체계의 틀을 전면적으로 바꾸어 ‘핵심 개념’, ‘일반화된 지식’, ‘학년군별 내용요소’, ‘기능’의 범주로 나타내었다. 특히 2015에서는 2009의 성취기준을 삭제, 신설, 유지, 통합 등의 원칙에 따라 재조정하여 제시하였는데, 본고는 2009와 2015의 성취기준 재조정 기준을 구체화하고, 이에 따라 분석하여 성취기준 재조정 양상을 제시하였다. 2015에서는 교실 수업 개선이라는 개정 방향에 따라 교수·학습 및 평가 방법을 비교적 상세하고 구체적으로 제시하였다.

This paper is a comparative analysis of the writing sections in Korean textbooks, namely the one after the 2009 revision and the one after the 2015 revision. The structure and main content are compared and analyzed. In the 2015 revision, unlike in the 2009 revision, there is a ‘character’ item that clarifies the need for and the essence of the subject. Under the ‘goals’ section, the tone of the 2015 revised curriculum is reflected to present the core capabilities that will serve as the goal of Korean education. Moreover, in the ‘content structure’ of the 2015 revision, the content structure that had been maintained until 2009 has been completely overhauled to be categorized into ‘core concepts’, ‘general knowledge’, ‘content components for each grade’ and ‘functions’. Especially, deletions, new introductions, maintenance and integration were applied as the basic principles for revision of the 2009 achievement criteria. This paper sets out the details of the re-adjustment criteria for achievements in 2009 and 2015, and presented the re-adjustment pattern based on these criteria following the analysis. In 2015, the direction of recision was focused on improved classroom instruction. As such, the evaluation methods for the instructor and learner were presented in detail and specifics.
