이 논문에서는 ‘-느-’, ‘-더-’ 결합형 접속 어미로 구성된 접속문에서 선행절의 사태와 후행절의 사태 사이에 구성되는 공간관계를 살펴보았다 ‘-니’계열의 ‘-더니’, ‘-노니’, ‘-나니’와 ‘-은데’ 계열의 ‘-는데’, ‘-던데’를 대상으로 한정하였다. ‘-더니’로 구성되는 접속문에서는 선행절과 후행절 사태의 공간은 ‘원근-순차배열’의 구성이나 ‘순차배열’ 구성을 이루는 것으로 파악되었고, ‘-노니’, ‘-나니’ 로 구성되는 접속 문에서도 이러한 공간 구성이 가능하다고 보았다. ‘-는데’로 구성되는 접속문에서는 선행절과 후행절의 사태 공간이 전체와 부분의 관계인 포섭구성을 이루는 것으로 파악하였으며, 공간의 크기를 결정하는 데에는 점유 공간의 크기, 점유 지속의 시간 길이, 공간 점유의 시점 등의 요인이 작용한다고 보았다 ‘-던데’로 구성되는 접속문에서도 ‘병렬구성’이 이루는 용법이 존재하였다.

In this paper, I have examined the spatial relationships between the space of the preceding clause and that of following clause in connective sentence. I restricted the object data to connective endings, -deoni, -noni, -nanii and -neunde, -deonde. I have concluded that in the connective sentences with ‘-deonii’, -noni, -nani, spaces of the events come to form the perspective spatial array and sequential arrangement. In the connective sentences with ‘-neunde’, spaces of the events form to nested configuration of same space. I also have observed the space of the preceding clause in the connective sentences with ‘-neunde’ is much more bigger than that of the following clause. In the connective sentences with ‘-deonde’, spaces of the events could form parrellel configuration.
