본 연구는 영유아발달선별검사 결과분석을 통해 발달지연 유아의 선별과 지원 방안을 탐색하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 이상의 연구목적을 달성하고자 B광역시 어린이집에 재원 중인 영ᆞ유아 999명을 대상으로 영유아발달선별검사를 실시하여 검사결과 상 또래 수준에 미치지 못하는 경계선 발달과 지연 발달 범위에 속하는 영ᆞ유아의 비율을 확인하였다. 경계선 발달과 지연발달 범위에 속하는 영ᆞ유아의 가족 구성에 관한 정보는 담당 보육교직원을 통해서 얻을 수 있었고 이렇게 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발달선별검사의 대상자의 분포에서 만 3세 유아의 수가 가장 많은 것은 만 3세가 경과한 뒤에야 발달지연에 대한 관심이나 우려를 가지는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 실제, 2014년생 집단에서 경계선발달과 지연 발달 범위로 평가되는 대상자 수가 가장 많이 나타났고, 일부 지연발달로 평가되는 영ᆞ유아에게 가족 구성원이나 가족유형에서 주목할 만한 부분이 발견되었다. 둘째, 발달선별검사 결과와 영ᆞ유아의 성별, 출생년도와의 관련성을 검증한 결과 출생년도와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 발달지연 유아의 선별과 조기개입 서비스 지원 방안에 관한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways to select and support children with delays in development through analysis of the results of tests by childhood developmental screening test. In order to achieve the above research objectives, 999 infants in the B metropolitan city were tested by childhood developmental screening test and the infant was identified among the boundary development and delayed development rates that were below the normal age level. Information on the development of boundary lines and the composition of children's families within the delayed development range was obtained through the responsible nursery staff and the analysis of the data collected is as follows. First, It was not until the age of three that he was actively dealing with the problems of developing children. This was confirmed by the number of participants in the study. On the other hand, analysis was possible according to the characteristics of the family among those subject to the borderline and delay development. Second, it was found that the results of each developmental screening test sere related to the sex of infants and their relation to the year of birth. Based on the above results, we were able to obtain implications for the screening of developmental delay and the early intervention service support system.
