본 연구는 간호대학생의 전공만족도, 간호전문직관 및 진로정체감의 정도와 변수간의 관계를를 확인하고 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 조사연구이다. 2018년 3월 5일부터 6월 22일까지 D시에 소재한 대학의 간호학과 3학년 학생 141명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료는 SPSS 24.0 version program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도는 평점 3.79점, 간호전문직관은 평점 4.18점, 진로정체감은 평점 2.43점으로 나타났다, 간호전문직관과 전공만족도(r=.700, p<.001), 간호전문직관과 진로정체감(r=.418, p<.001), 전공만족도와 진로정체감(r=.553, p<.001)의 정적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도는 간호전문직관에 가장 큰 영향력을 나타내었으며 설명력은 48.3%였다. 간호대학생의 전공만족도 향상과 올바른 간호전문직관을 확립할 수 있는 학생 개인의 특성을 고려한 체계적인 교육프로그램이 개발되어야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the major satisfaction, nursing professionalism, and career identity of nursing students. The subjects were 141 students in the third year of a nursing college in D city, from March 5 to June 22, 2018. Data were analyzed with the SPSS Win 24.0 program. The nursing students’ major satisfaction was 3.79 point, nursing professionalism was 4.18 point, and career identity was 2.43 on average. There were significantly positive correlations between the nursing professionalism and the major satisfaction (r=.700, p<.001), and the career identity (r=.418, p<.001) respectively, and the major satisfaction and the career identity (r=.553, p<.001). The major satisfaction was significant predictor and explained 48.3% of the nursing professionalism. It is suggested to have a support system to improve the major satisfaction on nursing and establish a proper nursing professionalism, and develop and apply a structured and systematic educational program considering the individual nursing students.
