This paper analyze the urban culture in the geographic space of Hong Kong, exploring post-modernity and international relations of the post-colonial era, focusing on the relationship between Hong-Kong's geographical space and urban culture centering on Ye-si's literary world in Hong Kong. In conclusion, Ye-si's free literary imagination on Hong Kong is a constant self-exploration of Hong Kong's reality, a memory of past history, and a free cry for Hong Kong's future. He is not only contemplating the desires and illusions of the metropolis of East Asia, but also explores the landscape of Hong Kong's disappearing urban memory with its walkable, detective-like and slow steps.
