본 연구는 영유아기 자녀를 둔 기혼여성의 양육스트레스와 우울 간의 관계에서 자기효능감과 부부 갈등의 매개효과와 자기효능감의 조절효과를 알아보고, 매개효과와 조절효과 과정을 통합한 자기효능감의 조절된 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 관련된 이론적 모델과 선행연구를 바탕으로 자기효능감의 조절효과와 함께 자기효능감과 부부갈등의 병렬적 매개효과와 순차적 매개효과를 각각 가정한 연구모형을 설정하고 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 어린이집과 유치원에 재원중인 영유아를 양육하는 어머니 600명을 대상으로 양육스트레스 척도, 자기효능감 척도, 부부갈등 척도, 우울 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 검증결과, 양육스트레스와 우울 간의 관계에서 자기효능감과 부부갈등의 순차적 매개효과와, 자기효능감의 조절효과 및 조절된 매개효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 시사점 및 제한점을 논의하였다.

This study investigated the effects of self-efficacy and marital conflict as a mediator, and self-efficacy as a moderator of the relationship between parenting stress and depression among married women with infants. In addition, this study aimed to test the moderated mediation effect of self-efficacy by integrating the process of mediation and moderation. Based on related theoretical models and empirical research, two models, including parallel mediating effects and sequential medicating effects of self-efficacy and marital conflict as well as moderating effect of self-efficacy, were proposed and tested. For this study, a survey was conducted to a sample of 600 mothers of infants in daycare centers and kindergartens using measures of parenting stress, self-efficacy, marital conflict, and depression. According to the data analysis, the sequential mediation of self-efficacy and marital conflict and moderation moderated mediation of self-efficacy were found. Based on the findings, the implications and limitations of the current study were discussed.
