본 연구는 대학-산업체 간 인력 미스매치 및 청년 취업난 해소에 기여하고자 대학과 기업이 함께 공동으로 교육과정을 개발하여 운영하고 있는 사회맞춤형학과 교육과정을 분석함으로써 개발 과정에 대한 핵심적인 틀을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구를 위해 환경 분석 및 이슈 도출, 인재육성방안, 직무모형 설계, 위원회 구성 등 교육과정 개발 과정을 규명하고, 델파이 기법을 활용하여 교과목을 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해 사회맞춤형학과 교육과정 개발 방법론에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었고, 향후 사회맞춤형학과 확산을 위해 교육 평가모델 개발에 대한 후속 연구가 필요하겠다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a core framework for the development process by analyzing the department of social customization and companies jointly develop and operate curriculum in order to contribute to the mismatch between college and industry, It has its purpose. For the study, the course development process such as environment analysis and issue extraction, human resource development plan, job model design and committee composition were identified and the subjects were derived by using Delphi technique. This study has implications for the development method of department of social customization, and further study on the development of the education evaluation model for spreading the social customized course in the future will be needed.
