Purpose - The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of insect events service quality on visitors’ satisfaction and behavioral intention. Research design, data, and methodology - An experimental design was used by 263 questionnaires at the 2018 pet insect competition. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted through SPSS. The result showed that service quality has a significant effect on satisfaction and behavioral intention. In particularly, both satisfaction and behavior had the significantly influence on the content of events and program. Result - These results show that the quality of events and program are important for increasing visitor satisfaction and encouraging revisitation. Conclusions - The results offer some insights into a key indicator for future insect events.
