본 연구는 2차 정보격차 요인을 중심으로 결혼이민자의 모바일 정보격차가 한국 사회적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 <2017 디지털 정보격차 실태조사> 자료를 활용하여 결혼이민자의 정보역량과 정보의 질적 활용, 그리고 한국 사회 적응 간의 관계를 분석하였다. 가설검증 결과, 결혼이민자의 모바일 정보역량은 정보의 질적 활용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 결혼이민자의 정보격차와 그 결과요인인 한국사회 적응 간의 영향관계를 분석한 결과, 정보역량과 정보의 질적 활용은 한국 사회 적응에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 결혼이민자들의 한국 사회 적응을 향상시키기 위한 정보역량 및 정보의 질적활용 개선에 관한 이론적․정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of mobile digital divide on Korean culture adaptation of marriage immigrants. To this end, this study analyzed the relationship between marriage immigrants’ the mobile Internet skills, quality of use, and the adaptation of Korean society by using the data from the 2017 Digital Divide Survey conducted by National Information Society Agency. The results show that the marriage immigrants’ the mobile Internet skills have a positive effects on the quality of mobile internet usage. Furthermore, their mobile Internet skills and quality of usage have a positive effect on their assimilation to Korean culture, as the beneficial outcomes of mobile Internet use. Based on the results, the theoretical and policy implications for improving marriage immigrant’s mobile Internet skills, mobile internet usage and their assimilation to Korean culture are suggested.
