본 연구는 장애학생을 위한 STEAM기반 경제교육(SEED)의 지도서와 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 목적으로 실시하였으며, 전국에 재직 중인 특수교사의 SEED에 대한 요구를 조사하여 분석하였다. 이는 장애학생들의 경제교육을 위해 현장에서에 필요한 자료를 제공하고, STEAM기반 경제지도사와 연수프로그램을 개발하기 위한 기초연구로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 106명의 특수교사들이며, 총 35문항의 설문지를 바탕으로 조사연구를 실시하였으며, SPSS Ver 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석(Frequency Analysis), t-검정과 일원배치분산분석(One Way Anova), 교차분석을 실시하여 자료를 처리하였다. 이에 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SEED에 대해 특수교사들은 실행내용과 방법, 실행시기와 장소, 실행교사와 인원을 실행과정과 관련하여 요구하였다. 둘째, SEED에 대해 특수교사들은 소비와 지출, 소득과 노동, 은행거래와 신용거래에 대한 내용구성을 요구하였다. 이를 바탕으로 경제지도사와 교사 연수프로그램 구축방안을 논의하였으며, 장애학생의 STEAM기반관련 후속연구에 대해 제언하였다.

This study was conducted for the purpose of developing the guidebook and the program of STEAM-based economic education (SEED) for the students with disabilities and analyzed the needs for SEED of special teachers in the whole country. This study was conducted as a basic study to provide the necessary materials in the educational field, to foster economic instructors and to develop training programs for the economic education of the students with disabilities. The study was conducted by 106 special teachers, based on a questionnaire of 35 questions. The SPSS Ver. 25.0 program was used for descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, t-test, One Way Anova, and Cross-tabulation analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, for SEED, special teachers requested the contents and methods of execution, the timing and place of execution, and the execution teacher and personnel in relation to the execution process. Second, for SEED, special teachers demanded content on consumption and spending, income and labor, banking and credit transactions. Based on these results, we discussed ways to build an training program for the economic instructor and teacher, and suggested follow-up studies on STEAM-based students with disabilities.
