본 연구는 진로진학상담교사를 대상으로 특수교육대상자들을 위한 전환교육계획 실행에 대한 인식을 설문을 통해 살펴보았다. 전환교육계획 실행과 관련해 총 41 가지 구체적 실제들에 대해 진로진학상담교사들이 인식하는 중요도와 실행도의 정도를 알아보고 이들 간의 통계적 차이를 알아보았다. 또한, 전환교육계획 실행에 대해 중요도-실행도 분석(Importance-Performance Analysis; IPA)을 통해 진로진학상담교사들이 생각하는 개선이 필요한 실제들을 확인해보았다. 연구 결과, 진로진학상담교사들은 전환교육계획 실행의 중요성을 높이 평가 한 반면 전환교육계획 실행이 현장에서 보통 주순 이하로 실행되고 있다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 진로진학상담교사들의 전환교육계획 실행의 중요도와 실행도의 인식의 차이는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 중요도 실행도 분석(IPA)을 실시한 결과, 연구에 참여한 진로진학상담교사는 구체적으로 전환교육 사정, 전환교육계획 작성팀 구성, 목적과 목표의 명확한 진술, 목표달성을 위한 수정 등의 구체적 실제들의 개선이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. 본 연구의 제한점과 시사점을 논하였다.

This study surveyed the high school career counselling teachers' perception of transitional education practices. Particularly, their perception about the difference between importance and implementation of 41 transitional education practices were examined. In addition, Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) was conducted to identity the specific practice to improve. As results, respondents rated more highly the importance of all practice comparing it to their medium level rating of performance with statistical significance. The results of Important-Performance Analysis identified followings as priorities to improve; transitional assessment, transitional team assemble, clear transitional purpose and goals, and modification for transitional goal achievement. The limitations of the present study and directions for future research are discussed.
