이 연구의 목적은 대학입시 모집 시기별 경력개발과정 특성과 취업과의 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국고용정보원의 ‘대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(GOMS: Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey)중 2015GOMS를 활용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정시 입학생의 경우 취업목표 설정 시기와 직업교육훈련 참여, 개인적 취업준비 활동 및 대학지원 취업준비 활동이 직업 목표에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 수시입학생의 경우 취업목표설정, 직업교육훈련 참여, 대학지원 취업준비 활동이 직업 목표에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정시입학생의 경우 취업목표설정, 직업교육훈련 참여, 개인적 취업준비 활동이 직장 목표 달성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 수시입학생의 경우 직업목표설정, 직업교육훈련 참여, 개인적 취업준비 활동, 대학지원 취업준비활동이 직장 목표 달성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 대학입학 모집시기별 입학생의 경력개발과정과 취업목표 달성과 관련하여 이론적·실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

This study analysed relationships between career development process characteristics and employment by type of admission to university. To achieve the purpose, the following analysis was conducted using the Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(2015GOMS) of the Korea Employment Information Service. Study results showed that in the case of the regular enrolled students, it was analyzed that the time of setting the career goal, the participation of vocational education and training, the personal employment preparation activities influenced achievement of career goal. Secondly, in the case of regular enrollment, it was found that career goal setting, participation in vocational education and training, and college assisted employment preparation activities had an effect on career goal. Thirdly, in the case of regular enrolled students, it was found that setting job goal, participating vocational education and training, and preparation for personal employment influenced achievement of job goal. Finally, it was found that job entry goal setting, vocational education and training participation, personal employment preparation activities, and college assisted employment preparation activities influenced achievement of job goal. Based on the results of this study, the theoretical and practical suggestions for the career development process and the achievement of the employment goal by the admission time of the university were described.
