본 연구는 성인 애착 회피, 연애관계 만족, 거부민감성 그리고 정서인식명확성의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 성인 애착 회피와 연애관계 만족의 관계에서 거부민감성과 정서인식명확성의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 4년제 대학에 재학 중이며 현재 연애를 진행 중인 299명의 대학생을 대상으로 하였다. 결과 분석을 위해 기술 통계 분석, 상관 분석, 신뢰도 분석, 구조 방정식 모형검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 구조방정식 모형 검증 결과, 성인 애착 회피는 거부민감성에 유의한 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 거부민감성은 정서인식명확성에 유의한 부적인 영향을 미쳤고 정서인식명확성은 연애관계 만족에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 거부민감성은 성인 애착 회피와 연애관계 만족의 관계에서 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났고 정서인식명확성 또한 성인 애착 회피와 연애관계 만족의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 부트스트랩을 통해 간접효과를 본 결과 거부민감성과 정서인식명확성은 성인 애착 회피와 연애관계 만족의 관계에서 이중매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 연애관계 만족에 영향을 미치는 변인들의 구조적 관계를 이해하고 상담 장면에서 접근할 수 있는 매개변인들의 치료적 의의를 살펴보았다.

This study investigated the relationship between avoidant adult attachment, romantic relationship satisfaction, rejection sensitivity and emotion clarity. Especially, the mediating effects of rejection sensitivity and emotional clarity were examined in the relationship between avoidant attachment and romantic relationship satisfaction. The subjects of this study were 299 students in university and currently having romantic relationship. To analyze the results, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and testing of the structural equation model were conducted. First, as structural equation modeling, avoidant adult attachment had a significant positive effect on rejection sensitivity. The rejection sensitivity had significant negative effect on the emotion clarity, and the emotion clarity had a statistically significant effect on the romantic relationship satisfaction. Second, both of rejection sensitivity and emotional clarity were found to completely mediate in the relationship between avoidant adult attachment and romantic relationship satisfaction. Finally, as the result of indirect effect through bootstrap, rejection sensitivity and emotion clarity were found to double mediate in the relationship between avoidant adult attachment and romantic relationship satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, we understood the structural relationship of the variables that affect the satisfaction of the romantic relationship and examined the therapeutic significance of the mediating variables that can be applied in the counseling process.
