In general, the reduplication of monosyllable adjectives in mandarin is the form of AA which is reduplicated twice by monosyllable adjectives. However, monosyllabic adjectives are reduplicated in various forms besides the form of AA in Chinese dialects. The form of the reduplication of monosyllable adjectives that appear in Chinese dialects can be roughly divided into the form of simple reduplication, the form of affix addition, and the form of four syllable reduplication. the form of simple reduplication can be divided into the form of AA, the form fo AAA, and the form of AAAA again. In the form of affix addition, there is the form of suffix addition and the form of inffix addition. the form of four syllable reduplication can be classified into the form of AXAX(Y) and the form fo XAYA. The other forms of repulication of monosyllable adjectives except the from of AA are distributed in the central and southern dialects, and in the northern dialects which is located near the southern dialect.
