Sleep is crucial to people’s health because it is where we spend about a third of our lives, during which our bodies recover and integrate, and plays a vital role in retaining memories. According to the data, the sub-health condition of young people in China is becoming increasingly serious, and long-term incorrect living habits and insufficient cognition of healthy sleep are the main reasons leading to sleep problems. In this era of "Internet+", young people in modern society are more likely to work and live in a mobile environment and are accustomed to using mobile apps. However, relevant data show that although there are numerous sleep app users, the proportion of it is small and the frequency of app use is not fixed. Therefore, the author decided to investigate the experience and effect of existing sleep apps on improving sleep problems from the perspective of service design based on the sleep problems of young people in first-tier cities, combining the theory and methods of service design, analyzing young people's behavior and demand, and finally put forward better sleep app design strategy. At the same time, it will improve the user experience to improve service efficiency and quality of software, in order to enhance the health sleep consciousness of young people and promote good sleep habits.
