본고에서는 『유가사지론』 점토석독구결의 수평쌍점에 대한 해독을 시도함으로써, 수평쌍점은 선어말어미 ‘-□-’을 포함하는 경향이 있다는 가설을 검토해 보았다. 『유가사지론』 점토석독구결에서는 총 12종류의 수평쌍점이 쓰였는데, 이 중 +13(··)[(□)□□□□], 21(··)[(□)□□], 22～32(··)[(□)□□□□], 33(··)[(□)□□□]은 ‘-□-’을 포함하는 구결점이 분명하며, 23～33(··)과 +41～51(··)도 아직 해독은 불완전하지만, ‘-□-’을 포함할 가능성이 있는 구결점이다. 반면에 43(··)[(□)□□□□□], 51～52(··)[(□)□□□□], 54(··)[(□)□□□□□]는 ‘-□-’을 포함하지 않는 구결점이며, 41～51(··), +51～52(··), 54～55(··)도 아직 해독이 불완전하기는 하지만 ‘-□-’을 포함하지 않는 구결점임은 분명하다. 이처럼 총 12개의 수평 쌍점 가운데 적어도 4개의 구결점이 ‘-□-’을 포함하고 있는 것은 확실하지만 그 이상의 구결점이 ‘-□-’을 포함하지 않으므로, 모든 수평쌍점이 선어말어미 ‘-□-’을 포함한다고 할 수는 없다. 하지만 기준사각형 하단선을 기준으로 그 위쪽에 위치하는 수평쌍점은 ‘-□-’을 포함하고 그 아래쪽에 위치하는 수평쌍점은 ‘-□-’을 포함하지 않는 경향성은 관찰된다. 이처럼 수평쌍점의 ‘-□-’ 포함 여부를 특정 조건과 연관을 지어 규칙화할 수 있는지는 앞으로 다른 비단점(非單點) 구결점들의 해독 양상과의 비교·대조를 통해 좀 더 면밀하게 고찰해 볼 필요가 있을 것이다.

In previous Studies, the horizontal double points in the Yuqieshidilun(瑜伽師地論)'s Point-attached Seokdokkugyol tend to be deciphered having -sΛp[□]-. This paper investigated all the horizontal double points in the Yuqieshidilun(瑜伽師地論)'s Point-attached Seokdokkugyol, and verified the deciphers. A summary of this paper is as follows. There are 12 horizontal double points in the Yuqieshidilun(瑜伽師地論)'s Point-attached Seokdokkugyol. Among these, +13(··), 21(··), 22～32(··), and 33(··) have -sΛp[□]-. 23～33(··) and +41～51(··) are possible to have -sΛp[□]-. On the other hand, 43(··), 41～51(··), 51～52(··), +51～52(··), 54(··), and 54～55(··) don't have -sΛp[□]-. Therefore, It is not possible to generalize that all the horizontal double points have -sΛp[□]-. However, the tendency that the upper horizontal double points have -sΛp[□]- and the lower horizontal double points don't have -sΛp[□]- is observed. It is necessary to examine carefully whether the regularization of the horizontal double points having -sΛp[□]- is possible according to particular conditions.
