본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원의 다문화청소년패널연구(MAPS) 3차년도 데이터를 활용하여 다문화가정 학부모의 학교활동 참여가 자녀의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 다문화가정 학부모의 학교활동 참여 활성화를 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 다문화가정 학부모의 학교활동 참여는 자녀의 학교생활적응에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 교사와의 관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 정책적 시사점 및 제언을 제시하였다.

This study suggested the policy suggestions for activation of parents participation by analyzing the effect of multicultural parents participation in school activities to children’s school adaptation using Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study 3^rd term(MAPS, 2013) of Korea Youth Policy Research Institute. The main results are as follows. It was found that participation of multicultural families parents in school activities had a positive effect on children’s school adaptation. In particular, it turned out that the relationship with the teacher is positively influenced. Policy suggestions and recommendations were presented based on the results of this study.
