본 연구는 사회복지사에게 노출되어있는 다양한 외상 중, 클라이언트 자살행동에 개입한 사회복지사를 대상으로 개인적, 가족적, 조직적 요인이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시의 사회복지기관영역, 정신건강영역, 공적사회복지영역에서 근무하는 사회복지사를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 연구대상자인 사회복지사는 자살 관련 외상에 자주 노출되었으며, 외상 후 성장 수준은 선행연구에 비해 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사 세 영역 전반을 대상으로 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 자아탄력성과 슈퍼비전이 외상 후 성장에 유의미한 정적 영향이 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지 영역별 회귀분석을 각각 실시한 결과, 자아탄력성은 세 영역 모두에서 외상 후 성장에 유의미한 정적 영향이 나타났다. 가족응집력은 정신건강영역에서만 유의미한 정적 영향이 나타났다. 결론에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지사의 외상 후 성장을 높이기 위한 개입방향 및 실천적 함의를 논의하였다.

Among various types of traumatic events exposed to social workers, this research examines factors affecting post-traumatic growth of social workers who intervened in client suicidal behaviors. As the factors affecting post-traumatic growth, individual factor, family factor, and organizational factor to examine how these factors affect post-traumatic growth. The data were collected from social workers working in sectors of social welfare institution, mental health, and public social welfare in Busan. Statistical analysis was conducted based on the collected data. First, the social workers demonstrated frequently exposed to suicide related trauma risks and level of post-traumatic growth was lower than that of previous studies. Second, as a result of conducting a regression analysis of three sectors on social workers, ego-resiliency and supervision had a significantly positive impact on post-traumatic growth. Third, as a result of conducting a regression analysis between the social workers sectors, ego-resiliency had a significantly positive impact on post-traumatic growth in all three sectors. In terms of family cohesion, it had a significantly positive impact only in the mental health sector. Supervision had a significantly positive impact in the social welfare institution and public social welfare sections. Based on findings, we discussed the direction of intervention and practical implications for improving post-traumatic growth of social workers.
