본 연구는 상담 현장실습에 참여하는 상담전공 대학원생들이 집단 수퍼비전에서 어떤 경험을 하는지를 심도 있게 이해하고자 하였다. 상담현장실습을 학위과정으로 개설하여 진행하고 있는 3개 대학원에서 12명의 현장실습생들이 연구에 참여하였고, 근거이론 연구방법론으로 자료수집과 분석이 진행되었다. 개방코딩 분석결과, 153개의 개념과 57개의 하위범주, 21개의 범주가 도출되었다. 상담 현장실습생들은 집단 수퍼비전에서 ‘나의 한계에 부딪히며 계속 버텨감’이라는 중심현상을 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 선택코딩 결과, 상담 현장실습생들은 집단 수퍼비전 동안 ‘부딪힘-드러냄-좌절함-성찰함-수용함-일어섬’의 과정을 경험하며 이 과정 중에서 드러냄과 좌절함은 연구 참여자들이 상담 현장실습과 집단 수퍼비전 진행과정에서 반복적으로 경험하는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구는 현장실습생들이 집단 수퍼비전에서 어떠한 경험을 하는지 탐구함으로써 상담 현장실습에 있어 집단 수퍼비전이 갖는 의미를 파악하였고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 상담교육과 훈련에 대하여 논의하였다.

This study was intended to deeply understand what kind of counseling graduate students participating in counseling field practice experience in the group supervision. 12 field practitioner from 3 graduate school establishing counseling field practice as a compulsory degree course participated the research, and data collection and analysis were conducted using grounded theory methodology. As results of data analysis, 153 concepts, 57 subcategories, and 21 categories were derived. The central phenomenon experienced by the trainees in the group supervision was ‘To face one’s limit, but persevere it’. The participants, through their experience of the group supervision as the field practitioners, undergo the phases of ‘Collision - Revelation - Frustration - Reflection - Acceptance - Standing up’, as time passes by. Moreover, the phases of Revelation and Frustration seemed to have incurred repeatedly in the process of counseling field practice and group supervision. This study investigated the meaning of group supervision in counseling field practice by exploring how the field practitioners experience in the course of group supervision, and counseling education and training were discussed based on the results of research.
