목적：본 논의는 ‘사회언어학’의 관점에서 국어 교과와 다른 교과 간의 통합 방안을 시도하였다. 방법：이를 위해서 「2015 국어과 교육과정」의 성취기준을 분석하여 그것이 「국어」과목에 어떻게 구현되어 있는지를 살피는 한편으로 다른 교과(사회과)의 성취기준과 교과서를 분석하는 방법을 취하였다. 결과：국어교과의 영역 간 통합 가능성을 확인하였으며, 사회 제반 현상이나 문제에 관심을 가지는 사회·도덕·지리교과와의 통합 가능성도 확인하였다. 그리하여 ‘지역, 성별, 세대, 사회적 소수자에 대한 균형 잡힌 태도 형성’이라는 목표를 설정하고, 이를 달성하기 위한 국어·사회·지리·도덕 교과의 통합학습 모형을 설계하였다. 결론：남은 문제로는 본 연구에서 제안한 교수ㆍ학습 모형이 현장 교육에 얼마나 효율적으로 적용할 수 있겠는가라는 점이다. 이에 대해서는 현장 교사의 꾸준한 피드백을 받아서 점진적으로 수정해야 할 것으로 보인다. 그러기 위해서는 본고와 같은 시작이 우선되어야 할 것이라는 믿음으로 추후 지속적인 관심을 가지고자 한다.

Purpose：The current discussion aims to integrate Korean with other subjects based on the sociolinguistic perspective. Methods：To this end, integration within Korean subject is attempted. First, it is attempted to integrate Sociolinguistic knowledge, which is mostly dealt with in the grammar field, with Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing. Results：This will ensure its effectiveness and moreover, enlarge its contact with other subjects. In this context, this study examines achievement standards and unit structures of text books to establish the possibility of integration. Second, integration of Korean with other subjects, that is, social studies, moral education, and geography, is attempted. Conclusion：The remaining research tasks are how effectively the proposed teaching and learning model can be applied to school education. This is expected to be gradually corrected by receiving constant feedback from school teachers. In order to do this, we should be of constant concern with a belief as this research did.
