목적：이 논문의 목적은 베트남어권 학습자의 한국어 말하기 효능감을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 베트남어권 학습자를 위한 한국어 말하기 교육의 적용점을 찾는 데 있다. 방법：287명의 학습자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 불성실한 응답 36부를 제외하고 251부를 분석의 대상으로 삼았다. 측정도구는 강소산(2017)에서 개발한 말하기 효능감 측정 도구를 사용하였고, SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 자료를 처리하였다. 결과：베트남어권 학습자의 한국어 말하기 효능감은 6점 만점에 3.11점으로 낮은 수준으로 나타났다. 베트남어권 학습자는 말하기 의사소통을 하며 어려움을 겪는다고 응답하였다. 또한 말하기 효능감의 요인중 인정효능감이 가장 낮게 나타나 전반적으로 자신의 말하기 능력에 대해 부정적으로 인식하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 한국어 학습자 전체를 대상으로 한 연구와 비교했을 때 베트남어권 학습자는 토론 수행하기, 다양한 문법과 단어 사용하여 말하기, 자연스러운 억양 사용에 대한 효능감이 낮게 나타났다. 결론：베트남어권 학습자를 위한 토론 교육과 억양 교육에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 또한 다양한 문법과 단어를 사용해서 말할 수 있도록 교육할 필요가 있다.

Purpose：The purpose of this study was to analyze the Korean speaking efficacy of Vietnamese learners and to find an application point for Korean speaking education for Vietnamese learners Methods：251 responses were analyzed. The speaking efficacy measurement tool developed by Kang So-san (2017) was used, and the data was processed using SPSS 23.0. Results：The findings of data analysis showed that the Korean speaking efficacy of Vietnamese learners were low, at 3.11 points out of 6 points. Vietnamese learners responded that they had a difficulty in verbal communication. Furthermore, among the factors of speaking efficacy, the cognition efficacy scored the lowest, which showed that they negatively perceived their speaking abilities. When the results of this study were compared to research on learners from other language backgrounds, Vietnamese learners showed a low efficacy in conducting discussions, using various grammar structures and vocabulary in speech, and speaking in a natural intonation. Conclusion：There is a need to research on discussion education and intonation education for Vietnamese learners. Furthermore, the classroom instructions need to include education on helping them use various grammar structures and vocabulary while speaking Korean.
