이 글은 서양 전통 동일성의 형이상학과 재현의 철학을 비판해 온들뢰즈의 차이의 철학의 또 다른 중요한 버전으로 ‘내재성의 철학’을 제시하고자 한다. 이 지점에서 들뢰즈는 철학의 작업을 ‘개념의 창조’와 ‘내재성의 평면’으로 세운다. 이 글은 내재성의 철학의 중요한 특징으로 ‘주름’ 개념에 주목한다. 주름 개념을 통해 접기와 펴기의 주름 운동이 들뢰즈의 후기 저작인 『주름, 라이프니츠 그리고 바로크』의 주된 개념이자, 내재적인 변화를 담는 특이성들의 주된 원리가 됨을 밝히고자 한다. 이 글은 주름이 라이프니츠 철학의 창없는 모나드의 주요한 특성이자 내재성의 원리와 연결됨을 살필 것이다. 또한 이러한 모나드의 주름이 바로크 양식에서 어떻게 구현되는지를 살필 것이다. 이상의 논의들에 근거하여 라이프니츠 철학에서 ‘바로크적 이성’의 가능성 여부를 타진하고, 주름의 내재성의 의미를 물을 것이다. 결론적으로 이 글은 들뢰즈를 통해 해석된 라이프니츠 철학에서의 이러한 내재성, 주름 그리고 바로크적 이성이 현대 사회에서 우리에게 어떤 통찰력을 줄 수 있으며 유의미하게 다가올 수 있을지를 성찰할 것이다.

This article intends to suggest ‘a philosophy of immanence’, as an another important version of Deleuze's philosophy of difference, which has criticized a western traditional philosophy of identity and representation. In this point, Deleuze sets up a work of philosophy as a ‘creation of concept’ and a ‘plan of immanence’. This article pays attention to concept of a ‘fold’ as the important characteristic of the philosophy of immanence. Through the concept of fold, it tries to explain that the fold of folding and unfolding is the main concept in Fold, Leibniz and Baroque in the latter work for Deleuze, and is the main principle of singularities containing the immanent change. Also it observes the fold is the main property of monad without window in philosophy of Leibniz and is connected with the principle of immanence. Also it inquires how the fold of the monad realizes in baroque style. Based on the above arguments, it examines the possibility of ‘baroque reason’ in philosophy of Leibniz, and it asks the meaning of immanence of fold. Ultimately, this article intends to reflect that this immanence, fold and baroque reason in philsophy of Leibniz interpreted through Deleuze can give or not insight and can have or not meaning to a contemporary today.
