블록체인 기술은 송금 및 결제 등의 금융분야를 중심으로 연구나 실증 실험에서 나오고 있었지만, 2017년에 들어 전력 매매나 부동산 거래 등 비금융 분야에서도 주목 받기 시작하였고, 날마다 새로운 시도가 신문 등에 게재되게 되었다. 비금융 분야의 활용사례(이용예)에서도, 거래의 결제처리에 연결되어 있고, 금융기관으로서 새로운 비즈니스 기회가 생겨나고 있다. 향후 블록체인 기술은 금융 비금융 분야를 불문하고, 모든 산업분야에 적용될 것이다. 해외의 활용 사례에서 보듯이, 국민의 개인인증 및 사회복지 등 사회생활의 여러 분야에도 활용된다고 생각한다. 블록체인은 현재 개발도상의 기술이며 활용 장면이나 기술적인 수법, 설계 등도 확립되지 않은 시기이다. 1980년대 후반부터 1990년대까지 인터넷이 폭발적으로 보급되었고, 현재는 기업활동이나 개인 생활에 없어서는 안 되는 커뮤니케이션 기반으로 그 입장을 확립했다. 블록체인 기술은 인터넷의 보급 이상의 영향력을 갖고 인터넷 이상의 속도로 사회의 기반으로 성장하고 있다고 생각한다. 본고에서는 블록체인의 상세한 기술 해설은 생략하고, 활용사례를 주제로 하여 장래의 전망이나 사회적 영향에 대해서 예측을 섞어 기술한 것임을 지적하고자 한다.

There were many researches and experiments on blockchain technology, with a central focus on financial fields such as remittance and settlement. Then in the year of 2017, this technology started to draw attention in non-financial fields, such as electricity sales and real estate transactions. In these fields, there are business opportunities for financial institutions because the settlement in business is common to financial industry also. Blockchain technology will be applied to all industrial fields, and it is also applied to various fields of social life. The blockchain is a technology that is currently under development, and there is no established legal theory, such as application scenes, technical techniques, and design. From the late 1980s to the 1990s, the Internet was explosive, and now it has established itself as a communication platform that is indispensable for business activities and personal life. The blockchain technology is influenced by the diffusion of the Internet and is thought to be based on society at the speed of the Internet. In this paper, I would like to point out that the detailed technical explanations of the blockchain are omitted and the forecasts and the social impacts are mixed with the forecasts based on the use cases.
