본 연구는 ADHD 아동의 어머니를 대상으로 한 문학치료기반 부모교육이 어머니의 양육 태도 변화를 살펴보고, 양육스트레스 및 우울 감소에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 수행되었다. 본 조사연구의 대상은 P시 소재 D초등학교의 ADHD 위기아동의 부모 19명이며, 선정된 어머니들을 대상으로 각각 10명, 9명씩 문학치료기반 부모교육 참여집단과 미참여집단으로 무선 배치하였다. 두 집단에 대해 사전-사후 미참여집단 설계로 실험의 처치와 그 효과에 대해 검증하였다. ADHD 아동의 부모를 대상으로 한 문학치료기반 부모교육프로그램을 기획하고 전체 부모 19명을 대상으로 사전검사를 실시한 후, 7주에 걸쳐 총 10회의 프로그램에 참여하였으며, 이후 사후검사를 실시하였다. 효과검증을 위해, 문학치료기반 부모교육 프로그램 참여 여부를 독립변수로 설정하였고, 양육태도, 양육스트레스와 우울의 변화량을 종속변수로 설정하여 일원배치 분산분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 문학치료기반 부모교육 프로그램을 통한 ADHD 아동의 어머니의 양육태도 변화는 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 둘째, 문학치료기반 부모교육 프로그램을 통하여 ADHD 아동의 어머니의 양육스트레스가 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 문학치료기반 부모교육 프로그램을 통하여 ADHD 아동의 어머니의 우울이 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 문학치료기반 부모교육 프로그램은 ADHD 아동의 어머니의 양육태도 변화와 양육스트레스 감소, 그리고 우울 감소에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study was intended to examine the effects of the parents-education program based on literature-therapy on child-bearing attitude, parenting stress and depression of the mother with ADHD children. 19 mothers with ADHD children of ‘D’ elementary school located in ‘P’ City were participated in this study. 10 parents were the parents-education program based on literature-therapy experiment group, and the others children were the control group. The results are as follows; Parents-education program based on literature-therapy was an effective education program for mother with ADHD children to change child-bearing attitude, decrease in parenting stress and depression. Parents-education program based on literature-therapy can be found in the empirical data. In conclusion, the parents-education program based on literature-therapy affects the change child-bearing attitude, the decrease of parenting stress and depression of the parents with ADHD children.
